1) What is SDC Card?
It’s basically a card, but not any card! It is a special card that entitles you to amazing discounts and great offers from many of your favorite brands. Be it a dining place, fashion outlet, a gym, a clinic or a hotel. Cool thing is: you can use it not only once or twice, but for as many times as you wish for a whole year!
2) What do I get if I buy it?
Discounts from your favorite places are one thing. Besides that, you get to be part of a community that is well informed and always updated by the most recent news regarding the participating brands and top brands in general.
3) How do I use it?
It’s as simple as it seems. After you’re done shopping, just present your card - either the physical or digital one - to the cashier and he’ll take care of your discount.
4) Can I use it without the Mobile Application?
Well, you definitely can. But having the application has advantages that you don’t want to miss: 1) It’s where you can find out about the news and updates. 2) If you ever forget your physical card, you can use the application to show your digital card and earn the discount.
5) What happens if I bought it but didn't use it? Can I be refunded?
Unfortunately, our cards follow a non-refund policy.
6) For how long can I use my card?
The card is valid for a whole year starting on the 1st of January and ending by 31st of December of every year. So to enjoy the maximum amount of benefits, don’t let January pass before your Card finds home in your wallet.
7) What if I bought the card after few months of the issuance?
If you bought it within the first six months of the year, you’ll have to pay the full price. However, the cards bought during the second half of the year will cost you half of the price only.
8) If I don't use my card during the first year, can I use it for the year after?
Our cards expire after a year of issuance. That means you can only use it within the year of issuance. To enjoy the card during the year after, you’ll have to buy a new one.
9) Can someone else use my card?
We believe in “sharing is caring” but we know that there are things to which the rule doesn’t apply. Take an example: a pair of socks. Just the fact that you have two pieces doesn’t mean you can share it.
10) What if I lost my card?
That’s a bad news, because you’ll have to buy another one. Good news is, you’ll only have to pay half the price.
11) What do I do if I forgot my user name or password?
